Chop the Bell Pepper into chunks and prep the Garlic Clove (chop, grate, press). Put to the side to add to the pan later.

Bring a pan of water to the boil with a little salt. Add the Basmati Rice and cook for around 10 - 15 minutes. When done, drain the water out, turn the heat off and leave with a lid on to keep warm.

Add a little bit of oil to a frying pan and heat up. Add the Diced Chicken and cook until browned for 5 to 10 minutes. About half way chuck in the Bell Pepper and Garlic Clove.

Stir in the Chicken Stock, Water, Tomato Passata, and Rogan Josh Paste. Mix it all together and make sure everything is covered.

Leave the Diced Chicken and sauce to simmer in the pan for about 10 minutes or until thickened. Sprinkle in the Chilli Flakes to add a little spice and the Mango Chutney.

Plate up the Basmati Rice and share out the Rogan Josh curry. Season with a little salt and pepper and scatter over some Toasted Almonds. Eat and enjoy!
